Since the war in Ukraine started, I have been going through tons of different feelings and emotions. I am worried about my family and friends who are there. I feel scared, frustrated, and proud. I was hoping and crying. One emotion came after another. Sometimes too fast. Sometimes there are several emotions at the same time.. The project Pillow. Book was a sort of therapy. I embroidered words on yellow-blue soft blocks. Each block is a page of a book. Each block is the book itself. Behind each word is a whole world of emotions, frustrations and thoughts. I started to post each word separately in my social networks with short texts.
Those blocks can be installed in a different way. They can be used as modules to create a small construction with walls and a roof which can resemble a house. They can be hung in a row on the wall. They can be placed one on another as a closed book and the words will not be visible.
