For the Diploma degree show, I started to work on the installation “Their party”. This work was considered as an homage to the artwork of Judy Chicago, “The Dinner Party“. With this work I wanted to appreciate people, who were questioning the borders between genders, the people who helped to realize that we have more than two sexes and that gender is a spectrum. I started to embroider portraits of activists, theoreticians, artists and public figures that I find significant for the queer movement. These portraits should be shown with ceramic objects, which will also represent some aspects of gender fluidity. Ceramic and textile items will be served on the modular tables, which can be placed in different ways.
